I like a romance novel and even, occasionally, a trashy romance novel. “Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon, doesn’t fit well into either category. It is possibly the most romantic novel I’ve ever read and one of the most impressive pieces of historical fiction that you’ll have the pleasure of reading. Read the rest of this entry »

I recently finished “Hinds Feet on High Places” by Hannah Hunard. I will admit that it’s the weirdest title of a book that I can think of (even weirder than “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” which at least made sense to me).
