Jane Feather isn’t going to win any literary awards, but if you’re looking for a good beach book with some steamy scenes, this may be the perfect choice for you.

As is rampant in the romance novel field, this is part of a triology, naturally about 3 unwed sisters. “Bachelor List” is the first. It’s fun, definitely light-hearted and it has a moderate feminism built in as it’s set during the sufferage movement in England.

If you love romance novels, try Diana Gabaldon’s “Outlander”, one of Nora Roberts series like “Born in Fire”, “Born in Ice” and “Born in Shame” or Elizabeth Lowell’s steamy trilogy “Untamed”, “Forbidden” and “Enchanted”.
