Dance with the “Devil”

Thanks to the movie, “The Devil Wears Prada” became fairly popular. It’s also a great read and I’d say it’s a better book than it was a movie. For one thing, even Meryl Streep just couldn’t quite convey the eeevil of Miranda Priestly. This is the “What Not to Do” read for people going into management. Andrea is a wonderfully believable heroine caught between hating her boss but wanting to please her and keep her job.
The book has a slightly different ending than I remembered, but a good one. There are some laugh out loud moments, but mostly it’s just something that all of us who’ve had crazy bosses can relate to.
It’s a quick read, you’ll laugh and you just might realize that your boss isn’t so bad. What more can you ask for?
